the weather is getting so nice

I have been busy doing my soldering so fun .

Went to the Quilt show 

There was so many wonderful work

Here is a  couple joural that I just finished

They are thingsI got in Paris, I was there last Sept. It was the best trip ,I went with

My daughter,two granddaughter and a great-granddaughter and her dad.

Our  apartment was right in the city could walk to most things

cover has a small  scrissors , got it from a man at the Flea Market

asked him how much , he said 5Euro I said no,

 I was standing there ,then he just gave it to me

the corner pocket is  Marble paper from Lecce Italy

The pocket on the right side is a bag I got from what I bought

 

this page has some lace thing I bought at the flea market

 More lace from Paris

That was my big want was to go to  Flea Market

Sewing, needle punch, jounaling books . I now working on soldering jewely

This is my work table . Have just started doing this project ,before I just did copper around glass with a picture under glass. what I do now is add on and make pendents

Pillow is crazy quilt with chicks photos from a blog  it was a gal that had just bought baby chicks and poses the photo.

The bags are made from linen napkins bought in Europe 

To use for fun projects

Here is a tree with thread spoons

It’s in my paint room

Carrots is made from hydrangeas and greens

Idea came from Shabby tree

Gianna/Easter

My first Great granddaughter 

She was born March 8th 2021

Her name is

Gianna

She is very good baby

And so small

Love holding her ,live about 8 hours away so will not see her often

But they FaceTime and take a lot of pictures

 

Hobo sack

It is made from a linen napkin 

I bought it.in Spain

Then just added fabric piece

I  saw these kind of chicks on Instagram sitting in a tin cart .I called to get one  but they where out of my budget 150.00

 I thought I have a tin  rabbit and I would love to make the chick .

So I felted the yellow and lavender smaller chicks. I’m just learning the felting .I hope to do a few of them all colors like years ago they sold them at the dime store

I always wanted to get one, when I was young ,but never did, so I will get them now

Will post when done.

I needle punch the larger one yellow, white , green.

Put them on tin funnels one on a wood dowel

These time goes so slow,

I got my vaccinations this week I’m hoping so much it will

Our America is so  different ,maybe when the virus will slow down all will be better

I hate sounding so down  I’m sorry

Rug Punch

This is now 2018

I have a feeling this is going to be a great year

This is my motto 2018

This week I plan to put my Christmas decoration a way 

place my nick knacks in a new place maybe change furniture

My husband had a cold so now I think I have 

going to take alot of "C"

I'm trying to learn how to do Rug Hooking Punch

I have wanted to learn for a long time,

Here is been working on 

   finished Hope to make pillow out of them

Need to find more fabric to match
the needle punch work

 .

This is some of the painting I used for Chrismas

My theme for decorating this year was snowmen

 I love them 

There was not much Santa

I did have a couple red truck

 I painted plastic charger

small wood plague for name places

 Snowmen hats from

 tin cans and matt board

and picks cut

 

Added some small ginger houses from dollar  store

I think the are so cute 

Also used on gifts with a bow

Snowmen  are all gone
 daughters took them home,
Great did not have to find a place to store them








My new years resolutions

1-- work on my blog more
